Very nice Experience at This Hotel

I found the food selection was great with many options at every meal. The chefs and restaurant staff provided super friendly and quick table service. Managers personally greeted guests at each meal, which I thought was a great personal touch. I noticed the rooms were very clean with a generous selection of complimentary items.
During my stay I found that some areas of the hotel are showing some wear and tear.

The marina sits a short distance from the premises. It has a supermarket along with various bars plus restaurants. The hotel provides convenient shuttle service to other destinations close by too.

I saw that the rooms feature modern design and are clean plus spacious. My room included comfy beds along with a great shower. I had a great view from the balcony also.

I found plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas around the pools. I enjoyed the piano bar in the evenings. It became our favorite spot. The new restaurant especially impressed me. The grill was fantastic.

room was super clean and modern. the pool areas was beautiful with plenty sunbeds and parasols. the spa was a lovely extra too. i liked the mix of nationalities that are staying.
some staff dont acknowledge you when you enter the restaurant or go to the bar.

the hotel is just a couple hundred yards from the marina. it has easy going bars and restaurants. just be aware its a little bit of a climb to get back to the hotel after a few sherries.

the food is great and varied. a new restaurant manager is always present and available for a chat. new staff members are pleasant, cuertious, and speaks english, and are only to willing to have a conversation.

I appreciated the spacious pool and bar areas. I never felt crowded! there were numerous activities available, and i especially enjoyed the spa and gym facilities. the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and i found easy parking in front of the hotel. a supermarket located opposite the hotel was super convenient.
I did notice some areas looking a bit worn. It's clear the hotel needs some tlc in certain areas. some sunshades were also quite old and damaged, a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast offered a good variety with an omelette station. I appreciated the many coffee stations available. lunch by the pool provided diverse options, including toasted sandwiches at the pool bar. Dinner was similar to other all-inclusive resorts. waiter service for drinks in the buffet restaurant was a bit slow.

The hotel is a short five-minute walk from the marina, filled with bars, shops, and restaurants. i was able to reach a large supermarket just outside the main reception. A free mini-bus to another town was a great perk. the overall area is upscale with views.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, and they always seemed ready to assist. The lobby and piano bar had settings particularly nice. there's a customer relations lady. She is very conscious and motivated to put things right when things go wrong. guest relations lady is customer focussed.

The room was excellent. The hotel layout and condition looked good. i had a comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. there was also super clean room and a beautiful view. I appreciate the spacious rooms with many pools.

The hotel looked well kept, yet the food service was disorganized. I booked a surprise for my partner, but the cake arrived late, becoming unusable. The privilege lounge lacked cleanliness. Seating was limited. It was a disappoiting experience. it left me feeling slightly disenchanted..

Blissful Getaway

My stay included a variety of enjoyable activities throughout the day. Darts, table tennis, and archery were available for adults. The Animacion team showed enthusiasm, and they participated in the night shows too. The marina was just a couple of hundred yards from the hotel. It's accessible for easy outings.
The room I had the first night had a strong smell outside on the terrace. I was moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel the following day. It had a sea view and no smell, though

The hotel is conveniently near to the marina, which features charming bars and restaurants. I took a cliff top walk to Puerto del Carmen. This walk provided beautiful views and access to even more dining and entertainment options. It took about an hour.
